FC2 announces the launch of an original way to quantify emotional commitment.
The agency has developed technology to objectively assess and perceive emotions experienced at the events it designs and organises for its clients. This technology has been developed in partnership with the French neuro-marketing laboratory, Datakalab.
Emotions are captured by the facial coding system: a camera anonymously films and zooms on faces. Software collects and analyses these data and qualifies emotions perceived by transforming them into emotional data.
Emotional commitment is assessed on the basis of this measurement through a Time Line that monitors the different moments of the event, rather like an electrocardiogram.
